Programme terms

How referrals are counted and complimentary passes are awarded.

Eligibility

Mage Camp may invite any organisation or individual with relevant retailer relationships to participate. Participation does not create or imply a sponsorship, agency or employment relationship.

Responsible sharing

Partners must send invitations only where they have a lawful reason to contact the recipient. Purchased lists, unsolicited bulk distribution and misleading claims are not permitted.

Qualifying registrations

A referral counts when the latest tracked partner invitation visit results in a verified, active, in-person merchant ticket by 17:00 BST on 9 October 2026. Pending, rejected, cancelled, archived, online and non-merchant tickets do not count.

Rewards

Five qualifying registrations earn one complimentary non-merchant in-person pass. Ten earn a second pass. Rewards are cumulative, limited to two passes per partner, have no cash alternative and may not be resold. Issued rewards are not withdrawn for later cancellations unless abuse is confirmed.

Privacy

Mage Camp reports aggregate progress to partners and does not disclose referred retailers or attendee details through this programme. Registration data is handled under the Mage Camp privacy policy.
