Code of Conduct

Mage Camp is dedicated to a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment in any form.

Expected behaviour

Be respectful. Assume good faith. Help make the community welcoming to newcomers.

Unacceptable behaviour

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, sustained disruption of talks or online discussion, and unwelcome attention are not tolerated - on the day, in the stream chat, or on our adjacent Discord.

Sponsors

Sponsor content must not use flashing imagery, dark patterns, or “submit to enter” gates. Lead exchange is mutual opt-in only.

Reporting

If you experience or witness a breach, report it. Reports go to a named CoC committee drawn from across the consortium agencies and are handled confidentially. We publish an annual, anonymised transparency report on incidents.
