At GENE, Maxine leads a team of eCommerce Leads and Product Managers, as well as providing strategic eCommerce and Adobe Commerce leadership across clients. Her work spans product and roadmap strategy, discovery, solution design, technology and vendor selection, and ensuring eCommerce investments deliver genuine commercial value.
