Hilary is a business leader with a longstanding focus on digital inclusion, user-centred design and social impact. As founder and Managing Director of Nexer Digital, she leads a multidisciplinary team delivering accessible digital products and inclusive services across the public, private and non-profit sectors. Her background spans content strategy, UX, digital transformation and customer experience, giving her a strong perspective on ensuring technology works for the people expected to use it. As well as leading Nexer Digital, Hilary is passionate about diversity and inclusion and sits on the Nexer Group AB global EDI advisory board. Hilary is also a board member at Manchester Digital and has a strong network of accessibility and digital inclusion professionals.
